Brand-new polyester curtains frequently have marks where the drapes were folded to fit into their packaging. If your older polyester curtains have been in storage for several months, however, you probably have similar fold marks that are just as stubborn to remove. In both cases, removing these marks allows your curtains to drape correctly. Unlike most fabrics, polyester does not let go of fold marks when hung. The extra effort involved will make your curtains hang properly and dress your room beautifully.
