How to Get Rid of a Film in a Stainless Steel Dish Washer

Your dishwasher generally doesn't give the impression of something you should need to clean on a regular basis, since its purpose is to clean your dishes and water and soap are constantly cycling through it. But if you have hard water, which has high concentrations of the minerals calcium and magnesium, the minerals can build up and create a film on the sides, bottom and racks of your stainless steel dishwasher.
