Place a towel rack against the wall, adjusting it until it is parallel to the ground. Use a towel rack that is shaped like a bracket, with one long bar where the towels hang and two short arms that allow you to attach it to the wall.
Lay a spirit level across the long bar of the towel rack to ensure the rack is placed evenly.
Use a pencil to mark on the wall where the towel rack should be.
Hold the towel rack flat against the wall using the marks you made as a guide.
Attach the towel rack to the wall using the screws that came with the towel rack and a screwdriver or a drill.
Slide the pot lids between the towel rack and the door. The knobs or handles on the pot lids will keep them from sliding through, and the rail of the towel rack prevents them from falling away from the wall.
