How to Sharpen a Hose-Cutting Blade

Hose cutters come in automatic or manual modes and their blades get dull with time from repeated use. There are two general types of blades for hose cutters: steel blades and razor-styled blades. Hose-cutting blades made like razors cannot be sharpened and need to be replaced. However, steel hose-cutter blades can be sharpened repeatedly. Generally, hose-cutting blades are inexpensive and easy to buy. Sharpening should only be an option when you have all the required items to sharpen the blade.
