How to Winterize a Plug Inlet for an Above Ground Pool

When temperatures drop, its a clear sign that winter is on its way. When swimming season is over, it's time to winterize your above-ground pool. If the temperatures in your area don't often drop below freezing, winterizing doesn't have to mean draining the pool. However, if you keep the water in your above-ground pool you must take care to winterize the pool return inlet. If you are unsure where any of the parts in your above-ground pool are located, consult the owner's manual.
