How to Make a Hanging Necklace Organizer

You can use a plain picture frame to make an attractive necklace organizer that will hang on a wall. Look for a plain wooden picture frame with a flat and wide surface, so there is plenty of space for your jewelry. Hanging your necklaces helps to prevent them from tangling and gives you easy access to them when you are ready to choose which one to wear. Things You'll Need

• Wooden picture frame, 8 inches long and 11 inches wide
• Ruler
• Pencil
• 16 decorative dresser drawer knobs, 1/2 inch diameter
• Epoxy glue
• Picture hanger

     Remove the glass and backing from the picture frame.

     Mark an “X” every inch along the 11-inch sides of the frame with a pencil.

     Attach the knobs at the pencil marks with the epoxy glue. Let the glue dry for 24 hours.

     Hang the picture frame on the wall lengthwise with the picture hanger. Hang the necklaces over the knobs.
