Instructions

  1. Water Rings on Wood Furniture

    • 1

Rub the toothpaste into the stain with your finger, using a circular motion. Be sure to use toothpaste, not gel. Allow the paste to dry overnight.

    • 2

Wipe the toothpaste away with a soft cloth, again working in a circular motion. Be sure to remove it all.

    • 3

Apply several drops of lemon oil to the surface of the piece, and use your cloth to massage the oil into the wood.

    • 4

Spray the surface with furniture polish and use a second cloth to buff the surface of the piece to a shine. The piece should be left beautifully polished and stain free.

    Water Rings on Upholstery

    • 5

Spray the entire surface of the piece liberally with fabric refresher spray.

    • 6

Allow the upholstered surface to dry thoroughly before use. The drying time will vary depending on the number of required applications. If possible, allow the piece to set overnight.

    • 7

Repeat steps 1 and 2 as many times as needed for the water ring to dissipate.
