Add a small amount of mild detergent onto a clean rag.

Carefully dab the detergent onto the dirt. Do not rub the detergent in, as this can grind the dirt into your mattress.

Pour a little carbonated water onto another clean rag.

Dab at the spot with the carbonated water, removing the detergent from the pillow top.
