Apply one to two drops of distilled water to the scratches. The leather should be damp not soggy. Applying too much water can create stains on your leather furniture.
Rub the scratches gently with a chamois, which is a soft, leather cloth made from the hide of sheep. Rub in a circular motion with the chamois until the scratches are no longer visible.
Dampen a lint-free cloth with leather cleaner. Rub the leather furniture with the damp cloth in a circular motion until the leather thoroughly cleaned. Alternatively, substitute olive oil for the leather cleaner.
Apply two to three drops of leather conditioner to a clean, lint-free cloth. Buff the leather furniture with the cloth and allow to dry.
