Leather tabletops are easier to care for than you might think. Since leather-topped tables are usually part of the decor of rooms such as dens, offices, and game rooms, they aren't as susceptible to wear and tear as is furniture in high-traffic areas, like a kitchen table, for example. Placement of your leather-topped table away from extreme conditions is more important than frequent cleaning -- in fact, only the minimal amount of cleaning to prevent a buildup of dirt on the surface is recommended.
