Solution to Clean Unfinished Wood

Some of the furniture in your house may be made of unfinished wood. Two advantages of unfinished wood are that it is very inexpensive and it is also quite easy to clean. Creating a solution to clean your unfinished wood requires only three ingredients that are very easy to find and readily available.

Water
Ammonia
White vinegar
Bucket
Cleaning brush or sponge
Towels

Instructions

  Pour 1 gallon of warm water into a bucket.

  Add 1 cup of ammonia and 1/2 cup of white vinegar into the warm water in the bucket.

  Gently stir the solution until all the ingredients are combined.

  Dip a sponge or cloth into the solution to clean unfinished wood. The solution is safe and won't damage the surface.

  Use water to rinse the solution off your furniture when you're finished cleaning. Dry the wood with a clean towel.
