Instructions

    • 1

Remove any objects from the top of the furniture before you begin to clean. It's much easier to clean an empty dresser top than to work around figurines or books.

    • 2

Use a feather duster or soft cloth to remove any standing dust on your Linwood furniture. If you use a cloth, rub in the same direction as the grain in the wood. Use gently, circular motions to remove the dust.

    • 3

Apply a small amount of a hardwood furniture polish to a cloth. You can purchase polish at any home and garden store, as well as most general stores.

    • 4

Rub the oil onto the furniture using the cloth. Press firmly to apply as much polish to the furniture as you can and rub in the same direction as the furniture's pattern.

    • 5

Allow the polish to dry thoroughly before you replace any items removed from the furniture. Do not rinse the polish off of the furniture.
