How to Get Hairspray Off a Leather Chair

Makeup's done, hair's done and you're at your desk before the boss even knows you were late. Everything worked out just fine, or at least that's what you thought until you came home and saw the hairspray spots all over your husband's favorite leather chair. No worries -- you can handle this.

  • Bucket
  • White vinegar
  • Linseed oil
  • Soft white cloth
  • Towel

      Combine one part white vinegar and two parts linseed oil in a small bucket.

      Apply the solution to the hairspray spots in a circular motion using a soft cloth. Allow it to sit overnight.
