How to Get Beer Out of a Leather Couch

But when you come home and sit down on your sticky leather couch that now smells like beer, you know immediately that relaxation is not an option. Despite the instructions that you left, your son had a party while he was house-sitting. Luckily you can easily clean the couch. Finding a reliable house-sitter might not be so easy.

Things You'll Need

• White vinegar
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Small bowl
• Soft cloths

     Combine one part vinegar and two parts olive oil in a small bowl. The vinegar will remove the beer smell and the olive oil will act as a conditioner.

     Apply the solution to the entire couch using a soft cloth and rubbing in a circular motion. Allow the solution to sit on the couch overnight.

     Buff the couch with a clean, soft cloth to restore the sheen of the leather.
