Instructions

    • 1

Close up any scratches that have torn all the way through the leather with bonder or filler. This material is sticky and can clump up if applied too quickly, so only apply a little at a time with a soft cloth until the tear is filled.

    • 2

Heat the bonded areas with a hair dryer, which hardens the material.

    • 3

Apply black leather recoloring balm to the scratched areas using a soft cloth. Allow it to dry for several hours.

    • 4

Spray a small amount of olive oil or orange tree oil on the entire surface of the couch. This reintroduces natural oils back into the pores of the leather, making it look like new. Wipe away any excess oil with a soft cloth.
