How to Get Scratches Out of Leather Chairs

Olive oil
Cotton cloth

  Dribble a few drops of olive oil onto a cotton cloth. Avoid saturating the cloth.

  Rub the oil-drizzled cloth over the scratched leather gently in small, circular motions. Continue until the oil coats the entire area and the scratch disappears.

  Let the oil dry. Examine the leather for signs of any remaining scratches.

  Turn a hair dryer onto its lowest heat setting if any scratches remain. Point the hair dryer at the scratch until the leather is warmed but not too hot to touch. Stop heating the chair if the leather gets too warm.

  Massage and knead the scratched leather with your hand. Work the leather until the deeper dyes rise to the surface and return color to the scratch.
