# How to Troubleshoot the Hoover Windtunnel S3765 Deluxe Floor Brush
The Hoover Windtunnel S3765 is a bagless canister vacuum cleaner with a telescoping wand. The vacuum comes with a deluxe floor brush to assist in cleaning hard floors and other hard surfaces such as walls. In the event your deluxe floor brush is not functioning properly, some troubleshooting steps may rectify the problem.

Turn the vacuum cleaner off and unplug it from the wall outlet.

Empty the dirt cup by pressing the button on the top of the canister. Remove and empty the cup. A full cup affects the suction of the vacuum.

Check for a blockage. Remove the wand from the hand grip by depressing the buttons located at the top of the wand. Look inside both the wand and handle to see if any blockage is present.

Bend the vacuum tube back and forth to check for blockage in the tube. Remove any blockage you find.

Attach the wand to the hand grip. Attach the deluxe floor brush to the wand. Apply enough pressure to make sure the tool is firmly attached.

Plug the vacuum back in to check if the problem has been resolved.
