How to Use a Hoover SteamVac SpinScrub

The Hoover SteamVac SpinScrub is a cleaner that uses hot water and five rotating brushes to clean floors. It also has an option to release extra solution for the treatment of high traffic areas or stains. The cleaner contains a two tank system, one for the cleaning solution and the other for the dirty water. There is also a rotating hand tool for use on upholstery, and all of the brushes are removable for cleaning.
