Instructions

  1. General Use and Care

    • 1

Use only low to medium heat when cooking with Circulon cookware. High heat causes food to stick and can also discolor and damage the nonstick surface. When high heat is required for browning and searing, set the heat to medium and preheat the cookware for at least one minute.

    • 2

Stir foods only with wooden, plastic or rubber utensils. Metal utensils can scratch the nonstick coating.

    • 3

Wash the pan after each use with mild dishwashing liquid and warm water. Rinse and dry with a clean, dry cloth.

    • 4

Remove grease and stuck-on foods from pots and pans with a nylon scrubbing pad or nylon brush.

    • 5

Mix one part vinegar with three parts water to make a cleaning solution for stubborn stains. Place the solution in the pan and boil it on medium heat for about 10 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow the pan to cool.

    Hard Anodized Aluminum Cookware

    • 6

Clean hard anodized aluminum cookware with warm water and mild dishwashing liquid using a nylon pad or brush.

    • 7

Rinse and dry thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth to prevent water spotting.

    • 8

Remove stubborn stains by scrubbing with a paste made from baking soda and water. Use a nylon pad to rub the paste onto the stain and allow it to set for up to 30 minutes. Rinse away the paste and dry the cookware with a clean, dry cloth.

    Stainless Steel Cookware

    • 9

Clean cookware after each use. Use mild dishwashing liquid, warm water and a nylon pad or brush.

    • 10

Rinse and dry with a clean, dry cloth to prevent spotting. Mineral deposits can cause steel cookware to develop white spots on the surface. If spotting occurs, rub stains with a little vinegar or lemon juice and a nylon pad or sponge. Rinse and dry with a cloth.

    • 11

Apply a commercial stainless steel cleaner for discoloration or stubborn stains. Scrub with a nylon pad or sponge working with the grain of the steel. Stainless steel cookware is also dishwasher safe.
