Hoover model number S1361 is a canister cleaner that has an telescoping wand to reach difficult areas, such as under furniture.   Turn off the power switch and unplug the vacuum from the wall outlet.

  Press in the release buttons on the hose where it is attached to the canister. Pull the hose straight out of the canister.

  Remove the wand from the hose by pulling the two pieces apart, using a twisting motion.

  Remove tools or attachments from the wand or hose by pulling the pieces apart, using a twisting motion.

  Depress the release button on the access lid on top of the canister. Rotate the cover straight up to reveal the bag holder. Lift the bag holder straight up from its housing and out of the canister. Slide a used bag straight out of the bag holder.

  Slide the secondary filter straight up and out of its bracket inside the canister to the rear of the bag holder housing.

  Locate the final filter housing cover at the rear of the vacuum near the power cord. Push down on the release button on the cover and remove it. Lift out the final filter from the housing.
