Instructions

    • 1

Hold onto the electrical plug on the base of the Blue Moon vacuum and gently pull it out to the desired length. Plug the power cord into a power outlet.

    • 2

Use your foot to press the "On/Off" button on the canister base. The "Stand By" indicator light illuminates when the vacuum is ready for use. Touch the metal inlay, located on the underside of the hand piece, to discharge any static electricity.

    • 3

Push the vacuum head over the carpet surface to be cleaned, pulling the canister behind you by the hose with the other hand on the hand piece.

    • 4

Step on the "On/Off" button to turn off the vacuum cleaner. Wait for the "Stand By" indicator light to go out. Unplug the electrical cord from the power outlet and slide the "Auto Reverse" lever to automatically rewind the power cord into the canister base.

    • 5

Open the dust bag compartment and remove the dust bag when full by grabbing the dust bag collar by the finger holes and pulling up and out. Discard the old dust bag.

    • 6

Lift out the filter and replace it if extremely dirty. Slide the new filter in toward the back until it catches. Press the "Filter Change" indicator light until it goes out to reset.

    • 7

Connect a new dust bag from Miele to the nozzle inside the compartment and tuck the bag inside the compartment. Close the lid.
