The Euroflex Monster 1200 is a hand-held steam cleaner designed for use in homes to clean hard, non-porous surfaces like floors, tiles, counter tops, bathtubs and toilets. The unit includes an angled nose to reach small or difficult areas and is sold on the Internet and in home retail stores. As with many steam cleaners, the device offers cleaning without the use of chemicals, which may be attractive to those with children, pets, allergies or sensitivities to chemical products. Using the steam cleaner is fairly easy, but individuals should remember that the steam used with the machine gets very hot.

  Press down on the water tank cap and turn counterclockwise to remove. Use the included measuring cup to pour approximately 10 ounces of clean, cool water into the water tank. Close the cap and turn clockwise to secure.

  Plug the Monster steamer into the power outlet. Attach the spray nozzle on the tip of the nozzle and turn clockwise 90 degrees to tighten. Wait approximately four minutes for the steam to heat adequately.

  Point the steam nozzle at the surface to be cleaned and press on the "Steam Lever" to disperse steam. Pass the steam slowly and evenly over the cleaning surface and use a clean cloth or sponge to clean the area.

  Unplug the steam cleaner when finished and set on a flat surface. Allow the unit to cool completely and then turn the water cap counterclockwise to open. Wait for any hissing to stop, then empty out the water tank.

  Refill the tank with clean water and close the cap. Shake the unit vigorously to loosen debris or mineral scale in the tank. Open the cap and empty the tank.
