The Weber 7525 cooking grates are designed for use with the Genesis Silver B and C, Gold B and C, and 1-3500 gas grills. The porcelain-enameled grates retain heat well, so high heat isn't necessary for cooking. When you cook on the grill grates, food residue builds up and sticks to them. The residue can spread bacteria or transfer flavors from one food to another, so it's important to clean your Weber grill grates before and after each use. With the proper maintenance, you can keep your Weber 7525 grill grates performing their best.
