How to Care for Brushed Nickel Fixtures

Brushed nickel fixtures are both functional and beautiful. They have a sophisticated look but can become dull and tarnished over time. Regular use causes water and soap residue stains to build up on the finish. Caring for brushed nickel is not as simple as spraying a chemical household cleaner because brushed nickel has a delicate finish. Chemical cleaners can damage the finish, so to care for brushed nickel, you'll have to use household products.
