Prepare the cleaning area by sweeping, vacuuming or wiping off excess dirt and debris. The steam cleaner can be used on hard floor surfaces, tile, slate, grout, appliances and fiberglass.
Open the water tank cap and fill the water tank with clean, cold water until full. Close the water cap firmly.
Plug the McCulloch steam cleaner into a power outlet, turn the steam to "On" and allow a couple minutes to heat up.
Squeeze the trigger and point the steam cleaner nozzle at the area to be cleaned. If you're cleaning large surfaces, attach the included large brush or towel to the handle first. Attach the included nozzle brush when cleaning grout, vents, stainless steel or other appliances.
Mop the steamed area with the attached steam cleaner towel, attached brush or a separate towel, if you're working on smaller surfaces.
Repeat in overlapping sections until the desired area is clean. Turn the steam cleaner "Off" and unplug it from the power source.
Allow the unit to cool thoroughly and empty the remaining water into a sink.
Wash the steam towel with liquid laundry detergent in the washing machine and let it air dry. Rinse the nozzle brush under running water and set aside to air dry.
