How to Clean a Broiling Pan

By design, broiling pans receive the leftover grease after cooking a meal. Broiling cooks by direct heat from the elements in the oven. The fast heat cooks the outside of the meat quickly and allows the grease to seep out through the grill on the pan. This grease can be a mess to clean up and can cause problems if not cleaned properly. Clean the broiler pan after each use to prevent grease buildup in the pan.
