How to Clean Burnt Stains From Stone Cookware

Usually made from fired clay and ceramic, stone cookware is ideal for baking and roasting because it retains and evenly distributes heat. When food burns onto stone cookware, it can be difficult to remove with regular washing even if the cookware is glazed. With the proper technique, you can remove burned-on food and restore the appearance of your stone cookware.
