How to Fill a Hoover Steam Vacuum

The everyday dry vacuum eliminates surface debris from floors and carpets. Stains and dirty carpet fibers, however, require further action. The Hoover steam vacuum deploys a combination of detergent and hot water onto the cleaning surface. Spinning brushes work the cleaning solution into the carpet. Suction removes the dirty water for later disposal. Maximum effectiveness of cleaning requires adding the proper combination of cleaning detergent and water to the steam vacuum prior to use.
