How to Remove Burn Stains From a Metal Range

Burn stains often form on the surface of stove tops due to spilled food or grease. Metal stove top ranges are common on gas ovens, but electric ovens also contain these ranges. Metal ranges often contain coils, grates and burner caps that can become stained as well. Cleaning your stove top regularly helps prevent tough stains from forming. Remove burn stains with common items in your home instead of treating them with harsh chemicals that can harm the surface of the range.
