How to Clean the Outside Coils on an Amana Window Air Conditioner

To keep your Amana window air conditioner working efficiently, you must clean it regularly, inside and out. About once a month, during air-conditioner weather, perform maintenance to keep the cold air blowing and to save you from costly repair bills. Cleaning the outside coils is more involved than cleaning the filter or vents, but it's relatively simple and is done in just a few minutes.
