How to Clean a Breville Oven

Breville electric ovens are counter-top ovens, similar to a toaster oven but with digital temperature and time settings. Care for your Breville oven by cleaning it regularly. Before each cleaning, check that the oven is turned off. Unplug the appliance and allow it to cool completely before cleaning it. After cleaning, wait for the oven to dry completely before plugging it back in.

    • 2

Remove the baking pan, pizza pan, wire rack and broil rack after each use. Wash each of these in warm, soapy water. Use a soft scouring pad to remove any caked-on residue. Rinse and dry.
