How to Attach the Power Nozzle for a Hoover Flair Vacuum

A sweep across the floor allows the Hoover Flair to gather any dirt or dust. At the base of the vacuum sits the power nozzle, which contains a pair of wheels for increased maneuverability and a rotating brush roll for more effective cleaning. Clearing the brush roll of lint and string may mean periodically disconnecting the power nozzle from the main body. Operation of the power nozzle requires that you reattach it properly.

     Lay the main body of the Hoover Flair vacuum on the floor with the cord side down.

     Place the Hoover Flair power nozzle, with the brush side down, on the ground in front of the tip at the end of the main body.

     Fit the power nozzle shaft onto the tip of the main body. Press the power nozzle up into place for a secure connection.
