Instructions

    • 1

Pull the Amana refrigerator away from the wall. Unplug the unit from the electrical outlet and pull it out far enough so you can easily get behind it.

    • 2

Unscrew the retaining screws that secure the front panel to the bottom of the refrigerator. Set the screws and the panel aside.

    • 3

Remove the drip tray from the bottom of the refrigerator and clean stains on it with a mixture of equal parts water and vinegar. Apply the mixture with a scrub brush or sponge, then rinse the tray with hot water. Use a non-abrasive household cleanser if the vinegar mixture doesn't get the tray clean enough.

    • 4

Pull out the drawers in your refrigerator as far as you can. Remove the drawers if necessary to clean the stains. Use a sponge soaked in mild detergent and warm water.

    • 5

Clean the exterior of your Amana refrigerator with a clean, soft cloth or sponge soaked in a mixture of mild detergent and warm water. Rinse the exterior surface thoroughly with warm water. Dry immediately to remove water spots.
