How to Clean a Burnt Cooktop Stove

Cooktops are available in a variety of types including smooth ceramic, traditional electric and gas. Burned-on food from cooking can lead to tough stains that require extra effort to remove. Cleaning products and techniques vary depending on the cooktop type and material. Use cooktop cleaning cream to remove stains and protect the surface of your ceramic stove. Most other types of cooktops only require dish detergent and baking soda to remove stains. Clean up spills soon after they occur to prevent burned-on food and keep your cooktop looking its best.
