Reflector bowls, also known as reflector pans or drip bowls, are a part of the stove top that sit under the burner. They reflect heat from the burner up toward the bottom of the pan, and they catch spills and prevent them from flowing down into the stove. The reflector bowls need to be replaced with new ones every two to three years, as they become stained beyond repair. You can call your manufacturer for bowls, or purchase universal ones at a home supply store.
