Titanium, a metal named after the Titans of Greek mythology, is a highly durable metal that is resistant to rust and stain. However, much like stainless steel, titanium appliances can accumulate finger prints and smudges with use. Cleaning a titanium appliance incorrectly can damage the finish and may require the assistance of a professional to repair its appearance. Use safe, inexpensive products to remove superficial staining from your titanium refrigerator or stove.
