     Discard any unused beverage from your REI Flip-Top vacuum tumbler. Unscrew the top of the tumbler by turning it to the left. Turn the push-button thermal stopper (the circular gray object located in the center of the tumbler top) to the left to unscrew it.

     Rinse the tumbler with warm water. Hand-wash the tumbler with warm water, a drop of mild dish-washing detergent and a soft cloth.

     Rinse the tumbler thoroughly with warm water and allow it to air dry. Securely replace the top of the vacuum tumbler as well as the thermal stopper.
