Turn off all the burners and allow them to cool down if they have been recently used.
Dampen a cloth with white vinegar and sponge it onto tough grease and burnt-on food stains. Saturate them well and leave them to soak for about 20 minutes.
Dampen a clean sponge in warm water and scrub the grease and burned-on food away. If you need a little more scrubbing power, sprinkle baking soda over the stains and continue to scrub until they come up.
Rinse the areas with a damp cloth or sponge to eliminate any leftover grease and food debris.
Wipe down the stove top with a soft cloth dipped into warm soapy water. Use a mild liquid dish soap.
Rinse the surface of the stove with a dampened cloth to eliminate the soap.
Wipe the stove top dry with a soft, dry towel.
