How to Wire Kidde Alarms

Kidde manufactures smoke alarms under the trade names Clipsal, Code One, Firex and Kidde. Installing even one battery-operated smoke detector in your home can be a life saver. The risk of dying in homes without smoke alarms is twice as high as it is in homes that have working smoke alarms, according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Installing a superior hard-wired interconnected alarm isn't too difficult.
