How to Get a Lost Combination to a Sentry Safe

Sentry Safe is a company that offers various products to help you make your home much safer. These products include small personal safes that can be used to lock up your valuables, such as jewelry, family heirlooms, legal documentation, contracts or other items that have either financial or sentimental value for you. If you have a safe from Sentry Safe, you can get a lost combination if you forget yours. However, you can do so only if you had registered the combination online. Otherwise, you will need to contact the company to get a whole new combination for your safe.

     Visit the "Recover Your Combination" page from the Customer Care section of the Sentry Safe website (see Resources).

     Type in the username and password that you used to register the combination of your safe.

     Click "Recover Combination." This will get you the lost safe combination.

     Request your combination by mail or fax by sending a completed "Notary Form" to Sentry Safe. You can download a form from the "Recover Your Combination" page.
