How Can I Get a Key for a Treadlock Safe?

Visit the Winchester Safes website. Click on the word "Resources" at the top of the page. Click on "Download Combination Request." A request form should open in a new window. According to Winchester representative, even though the form says "Combination Request," it is also used for replacement key requests.

Print the form. Complete the top half of the form, which is everything above the notary information. Winchester requires that you provide a copy of your sales receipt when submitting the request form. If you do not have a copy of the sales receipt, you must have the request form notarized by a notary public.

Mail the completed form to Winchester Safes. The cost of the replacement key is $10 and the cost of shipping is $5. Mail a total of $15 along with your request form. Winchester Safes accepts payment in the forms of money order, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If you are paying by credit card, write your credit card information on the request form in the margin.
