Ensure that the safe's handle is in the upward position.
Insert the combination key and turn until the plunger pops out from the unit. Remove the key.
Turn the dial to zero. Turn the dial to the left, passing zero at least three times for a three-number combination. Stop at the first number on the combination.
Turn the dial to the right, stopping the second time you reach the second number of the combination.
Turn the dial to the left, stoping the first time you reach the third number.
Lock the safe by closing the door and pressing the key lock, and spin the combination a full turn.

Turn the dial to the left, stopping the second time you reach the third combination number.

Lock the safe by closing the door and pressing the key lock, and spin the combination a full turn.
Enter the factory-set five-digit code. This code is pre-programmed and cannot be changed. Access the code on the first page of your user manual.
Wait for the LED lights to illuminate after you enter the code.
Turn the handle and open the safe within four seconds after the LED light turns on. Lock the safe by closing the door and turning the handle to a horizontal position.
Press "Prog" and enter the current, five-digit code.
Enter the five-digit code of your choosing. The new code can be used to unlock the safe.
Decide whether to create a PIN which gives someone else temporary access to the safe.
Press "Prog" twice. Enter your current five-digit user code. Enter the chosen five digit user PIN.
Disable the PIN by pressing "Prog" two times. Enter your five digit code and then enter "0000." The PIN will be deleted.
