Change a Supra Lock Combination

Supra manufactures a lock box big enough for storing a key, which is then left outside in case a family member or resident is locked out. Changing the combination to give temporary access or because a resident has moved out is easy and requires only a few minutes of your time. The instructions are generic and will work with most Supra combination locks.

Instructions

    • 1

Open the Supra lock, using your current combination, and remove the lock cover from the lock box.

    • 2

Turn the "Open" knob until the cam is in the lock position before proceeding to change the combination, otherwise the resulting damage could be permanent and void all warranty services.

    • 3

Remove the plastic Supra card from the back of the lock by gently pulling on the center edges.

    • 4

Turn all the numbered arrows, located on the back of the lock, corresponding to your current combination from the "Down" position to the "Up" position, using the screwdriver end of the plastic Supra card. This will reset the Supra lock.

    • 5

Choose four to seven digits for your new combination and turn only the numbered arrows that correspond to your new combination from the "Up" position to the "Down" position, using the screwdriver end of the plastic Supra card.

    • 6

Replace the plastic Supra card onto the back of the lock. Turn the "Open" knob until the cam is in the open position. Replace the lock cover and test your new combination.
