Look for the number combination that can be found in your owner's manual. If you have lost this number, it can be recovered online, by fax or through the mail. Even if you have changed the combination, the factory combination can still open your safe.
Recover your combination online if you have registered it at the Sentry Safe website by entering your user name and password.
Request your combination through fax or the mail if you have not registered your combination on the Sentry Safe website. You must mail or fax a notarized letter requesting the combination and stating you are the owner of the safe for which you need the combination. This letter must include your name, phone number and address. Also include the serial number and model number of the safe. If you send this by mail, then include a $20 check made out to Sentry Group. When faxing this letter you do not need to send payment. You will be contacted by Sentry and can make payment arrangements.
Press your factory-set code into the keypad and press "Enter."
Watch for an icon to appear that looks like an unlocked padlock just above the keypad.
Open the door by turning the handle down within four seconds of the icon appearing.
