Locate the lock reference number on the front of the safe. It will either be a number or a letter and number engraved on the silver cylinder of the lock.
Contact Sentry for a new key. Orders can be placed online through Sentry's website or via mail. Web orders take 48 hours to process and a new key will be mailed the next business day. If you order by mail, it can take up to 21 days to receive your replacement key if you opt for standard mail delivery. If you want the key within two business days, you can pay more for express delivery.
Give Sentry your safe's lock reference number. You will also need to provide your return mailing address.
Pay Sentry for a new key either by credit card, check or money order. As of 2011, the cost is $12 for standard delivery and $25 for express delivery.
