Setting a combination on a lock is an important security measure. Master Lock makes a range of locks that you can use to secure luggage, bikes, doors and other items. Using a Master Lock lock is a simple process that ensures that you can leave your items secured, giving you peace of mind.

      Set the dials on the combination to "0-0-0." Pull out the lock shackle.

      Turn the shackle 90 degrees.

      Press and hold the shackle down.

      Set your desired combination. Rotate the dials to your desired number configuration, lining up the center of the numbers with the red strip.

      Return the shackle to its closed position. Scramble the numbers while holding the shackle down to lock the device.

      Rotate the numbers to the correct combination and lift the shackle to open the lock.
