Directions for Sentry Safe Combinations

Three Number Combination

• 1

  Insert the safe's key into the lock and turn it clockwise. Once the plunger pops out, it is safe to remove the key.

  Turn the dial until the safe's combination marker is lined up at zero.

• 3

  Turn the dial to the left, passing zero three times. On the fourth turn, stop at the first number of the combination.

• 4

  Turn the dial to the right and pass the second number of the combination twice before stopping.

• 5

  Turn the dial to the left until you reach the third number of the combination.

  Pull on the handle to open the safe.

Four Number Combination

• 7

  Insert the safe's key into the lock and turn it clockwise. Once the plunger pops out, it is safe to remove the key. Turn the dial until the safe's combination marker is lined up at zero.

  Turn the dial to the left, passing zero four times. On the fifth rotation, stop at the first number of the combination.

• 9

  Turn the dial to the right and make two rotations. On the third turn, stop on the second number of the combination.

• 10

  Turn the dial to the left and on the second rotation, stop on the third number.

• 11

  Turn the dial to the right and stop turning the dial once you reach the fourth number of the combination. Pull on the handle to open the safe.
