How to Change the Volume on a Honeywell Alarm

Adjusting Volume

  Press the "Function" button. This is also the "Pound" button (#) and will have the word "Function" written underneath. This allows access to the secondary functions of the security system.

  Press the "Volume" button. This is also the "2" button. It will have the word "Volume" written underneath.

• 3

  To increase volume, press the "3" button. It will have an arrow pointing up on it.

  To decrease volume, press the "6" button. It will have an arrow pointing down on it.

• 5

  Repeat steps 1 through 4 to further increase or decrease volume.

Muting Announcements

  Press the "Function" button. This is also the "Pound" button (#).

• 7

  Press the "Volume" button. This is also the "2" button.

• 8

  Press the "Off" button.

  To restore sound to the announcements, follow the instructions for adjusting the volume.
