How to Change the Time on an ADT System

  Enter your four-digit master code, followed by the pound sign [#], then the digits "6" and "3." The display will show time and date.

  Press the asterisk key [*]. The first digit of the hour will be underlined.

  Enter two digits for the hour you want to set.

  Press the asterisk key to advance the underline to the minute digits.

  Enter two digits for the minutes you want to set.

  Press the asterisk key and then press "1" for p.m. or "2" for a.m.

  Press the asterisk key. The underline will advance to the last two digits of the year.

  Press the asterisk key to continue setting the year, month and day in the same manner, or press the asterisk key three more times to advance the underline to the end and exit the system.

  Open the main panel cover. The speaker will announce, "Use numbered keys to enter ID."

  Enter your four-digit master code. The speaker will announce, "Please select from start menu."

  Press "Clock Set," which is located in the Start Menu. The speaker will announce, "Time is ****. To change, press hours and minutes, then press done."

  Follow the printed arrows on the panel to find the "Hours" and "Minutes" [+] and [-] keys. Press an hour key. The speaker will announce the present hour. Press the keys until the speaker announces the hour you want.

  Press the "Minutes" and keys until the speaker announces the minute you want.

  Press the "Done" key. The speaker will announce the time set.

  Close the cover.
