     Call ADT at 1-800-ADT-ASAP (1-800-238-2727).

     Press "1" after the "Welcome to ADT" announcement begins.

     Enter the 10-digit phone number on your account when prompted.

     Give the ADT representative your name, address, secret password and any other information they request. They ask for this information to verify your identity.

     Tell the ADT representative you would like a replacement sign. ADT allows all home accounts two replacement signs each year free-of-charge.
